Update your Autopilot
Get the latest ArduPilot firmware and the right settings onto your Cube
straight from this page. Your calibrations are preserved.
Latest firmware: ArduPlane 4.6 (Build 47)
1
Connect your Cube
Close Mission Planner or any other ground station software first, then plug the Cube into this computer with a USB cable.
2
Click Flash Device
A window will pop up — select the serial port of your Cube and click Connect.
3
Wait for it to finish
The update takes a few minutes and the Cube restarts twice. If the page asks you to select the port again, do so — that's normal.

Device doesn't show up?
- Close Mission Planner / QGroundControl — they hold the Cube's serial port and block the browser from using it.
- Make sure your USB cable supports data — many cables are charge-only. Try a different cable if in doubt.
- Still stuck? Try a different USB port on your computer, then unplug and replug the Cube.
